Pain Points: No time to manage social media, inconsistent branding
This project was for a permanent makeup company in Alpharetta, GA. This small business was just starting so the owner needed social media content and management services for a month to grow her following and promote her services. Before I started with social media content, we agreed to do a branding and identity project first. She already had a logo, but needed variations of her logo to fit in other formats. More importantly, she needed consistent branding designs to use across social media as well as in her printed stationary.
Before I tackled her social media branding project, I started with creating a cohesive brand style. Her target demographic was upscale women in affluent the Alpharetta, Buckhead, Johns Creek cities just north of Atlanta. She already had a logo and one of her brand colors, so I came up with complementary colors and created alternate versions of her logo design.
The main goal for this client was to grow her brand and generate clients from her digital efforts. Most of her clientelle was coming from social media so she wanted to create an attractive brand aesthetic online, starting with Instagram. You’ll see the different design templates I created for her to promote her services, show personality, and to create shareable images.
Since this business owner was starting a brand new Instagram account she needed to build her following, and have consistent content posted on a daily basis, but she didn’t have the time to do it on her own. She requested my monthly social media management package.
The social media management package included a content calendar for the month, daily social media engagement, scheduled posts, and weekly reports.
