This client resources page will give you everything you need to know and do to make this project a success. I love communication and clarity, so the things below are just to provide that for you.

You’ve approved your proposal, signed your contract and paid your deposit. We are officially starting your project! Watch the video below for a warm welcome and next steps.
Don’t forget that you have 2 homework assignments that are due before our discovery meeting. We’ll have to reschedule that meeting if the homework isn’t complete prior. It’s very important to the process, I promise.
This section is all about Monday, the project management tool I mentioned in the onboarding document. It’s how we’ll communicate on a regular basis unless you need to schedule a call.
You’ll be receiving an email from Monday in the next coming days. Monday is a project management tool I use to give you transparency into the steps needed to complete your project as well as assign things that I need from you, e.g. copy, images you want to use, etc. That’s the way we’ll communicate going forward (not emails or text)
Website Copy Workbook
One of the first assignments you’ll get is tasks to turn in your website copy. If you don’t have good website copy, don’t worry. After your discovery session and brand strategy deck are complete, you’ll have all the info you need to write intelligent and relevant copy. The website copy workbook will help you organize that information and make sure you have all the copy needed.
Please find links to all the different project timelines and FAQ pages.

Use this section below to book meetings with me as needed.
Full Branding Design Only Discovery Session
The discovery call is approximately 1 hour long. We’ll discuss everything about your company, goals, target audience, the problems you solve, and how you want to be conveyed. We’ll also review your Pinterest boards and questionnaire.
Branding & Website Design Discovery Session
The discovery call is approximately 2 hours long. We’ll discuss everything about your company, goals, target audience, the problems you solve, and how you want to be conveyed. We’ll also review your Pinterest boards and questionnaire.
Use this meeting type if you just have something you want to discuss with me quickly. Things like asking questions about the project that is better served via phone rather than Asana, add something to the scope, delays, or anything like that.
Design Draft Review
Use this meeting type if you’re having a tough time articulating feedback using the form I provided. Only book this type of meeting if there are designs for us to review and please still complete the feedback form first to make this meeting productive.
Final Website Training
Use this meeting type is the last step before I turn the website ownership over to you. This is where we’ll review your new website, how to use it, make updates, and we’ll discuss ongoing website maintenance in case that is something you’d like to sign-up for.
